I haven't had an actual "McNugget" in quite a while, as I'm partial to a simple cheeseburger, but the story about what those things are made of and how they are made makes me sick to my stomach. Now, every time I hear someone ordering them, I cringe.
We've successfully avoided fast food since watching food inc almost a year ago. And guess what? The kids don't miss it and don't ask for it.
