100 Day Challenge

100 Days. What kind of changes can you make in that amount of time? We found out the answer to that in our last weight loss challenge, which ended on Saturday, March 9th. Of the 38 challengers, 36 lost weight. That's a REALLY nice number considering the challenge contained Thanksgiving, Christmas AND New Years!
